Best way to make it more popular is to put up more posts. People will only come if there is something to read, and then possibly to reply to. That's what I try to do, which obviously generates a little jealously as you've noticed.
If you log on 2 or 3 times, and there is nothing new to read, you probably won't bother again.
Hope you don't mind my mentioning this. It would be good to have another forum to read at the moment. I'm sure if you and Simon started posting quite a lot, others would soon follow.
